The Citadelle Group relies on women and men who are proud of their company and its values and allows everyone to flourish through a wide variety of business activities.
By betting on both young graduates and more expert profiles, we want to support everyone in expressing their potential and achieving their professional aspirations.
I obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Commerce, then I took an intensive training in sales force at the Chamber of Commerce, I did my first internship in a car dealership (Hyundai), I sold my first cars, I found it exciting creating a lasting relationship with the client, prospecting, negotiating and selling.
I knocked on the door of Autos GM and I was offered to join the new commercial laboratory in order to do prospecting by telephone, I stayed there for 5 years. And since sales was my calling, I applied to Toyota, and I have been working there for 23 years now, I love this brand. It must be said that in my youth my father only bought Toyotas so I already knew the quality of this brand.
Head of Customer Experience
Holding a degree in engineering, then a career in industry and start-up, I joined Citadelle in July 2021 to accelerate digitalization and innovation processes within the group.
Today, I lead a team of 13 people and we operate on all customer relations, on all telephone and digital channels.
On a daily basis, we bring the voice of the customer to life in the various companies of the group to improve the customer experience.
The Group’s vision, the commitment of the teams and the continuous improvement initiatives create strong momentum. The working atmosphere and the projects are stimulating!
I took a training at the CFA where I passed my BTEC National Diploma. After the exam, I was offered a job as a mechanic at Sodiva in 1990, a job I practiced for 10 years. With the evolution of technologies and multiplexing, the parent company of Citroën in France asked to train expert technicians.
There was an internal competition within Sodiva, and I was selected along with another colleague. After that, I followed a 2-month training course in Bordeaux, in 2001. Today, I have been evolving as an expert technician for more than 20 years.
Since I was very young, I have been passionate about mechanics and motorsport, and that is why I am able to fully fulfill my potential in my job today.
After my BTEC National Diploma, I obtained a two-year technical degree in International Commerce at the Lycée Frantz Fanon in Trinité. Then, I did my 3rd year of Bachelor in Sales and Marketing Negotiation in Toulouse. In order to better train myself in the professional world, I decided to redo my 3rd year of bachelor as a work/study training program in Commerce and Distribution.
During my studies, my attraction for the automobile brought me to Sodiva Citroën for a one-month internship. For the end of my studies, I benefited from a work/study training program at CCIE Toyota and Suzuki to develop my skills in automotive sales.
Within the Citadelle group, I am currently an automobile sales assistant in the new vehicles and business department. I take care of the tests and deliveries salespeople in digital. I welcome, advise and offer our various vehicles to private individuals and professional customers.
My job suits me perfectly because I am passionate about cars. It allows me to pass on my passion to my customers and also gives me the opportunity to help them choose the vehicle best suited to their needs.

The efficient tools at my disposal considerably improve the quality of my work.
I hold a master’s degree from Edhec Business School after a preparatory class.
